FASE is the leading impact finance advisor across Europe. The Munich-based firm was founded in 2013 and is a spin-off of Ashoka Germany. ESIIF & ECIIF II — the European Social Innovation and Impact Fund and its successor, both backed by EIF guarantees, into which qualifying ventures can receive investments directly

SEND is a Berlin-based national membership association with over 800 members, founded in 2017. It functions primarily as an advocacy and networking body; most of the direct advisory support it offers founders runs through regional and topic-specific projects rather than nationally.

AI for Good — practical AI training for social entrepreneurs covering prompt engineering, AI ethics/bias management, AI for marketing and inclusive communication, AI for financing optimization, and the EU AI Act; 70+ founders completed it so far, running through January 2027 

Impact meets Finance — exclusive digital event series for SEND members connecting social enterprises with the impact-finance community; topics include impact funds, foundation funding, EU funding programmes, and development banks

Kara Impact Ventures is a fund-of-funds impact investor tied to the Azurit Foundation, applying a climate and gender lens. Here’s what Kara Impact does:

Commits capital to intermediary funds — e.g. KawiSafi Ventures (an Acumen climate fund investing in Africa’s energy transition), The Landbanking Group, Media Development Investment Fund — whose managers in turn provide tailored technical assistance and advisory services to their own portfolio companies

Ostwerk is a Berlin-based equity and mezzanine investor founded in 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sparda-Bank Berlin, backing startups, cooperatives, and social enterprises across the six eastern German states. Impact Associates is a Frankfurt-based advisory and consultancy founded in 2021, focused on making solutions to social and ecological challenges financeable. It structures deals and partnerships rather than deploying its own capital. Here’s what Impact Associates does:
