1:1 ILF preparation coaching

You’ll work closely with our experts in 6 to 8 one-on-one sessions over a period of 2 to 3 months. The goal will be to clarify the impact you create, select and validate the most meaningful ILF metrics, and gain confidence in showcasing your current and future impact to investors.

Focusing on the topics outlined in the graph above, we will act as a sparring partner, giving you space to test ideas, practice your pitch, and sharpen your approach, while keeping you fully in the driver’s seat from day one. 

By the end of coaching, you will have:

• The confidence and skills to negotiate terms that reward the impact you create.

• Practical tools to guide your discussions with investors, e.g. the ILF Canvas and an ILF Term Sheet.

Please take into account that ideally, you’ve started with your ILF POTENTIAL ANALYSIS and participated in the recommended ILF READINESS BOOTCAMPS – this lays the necessary foundation for you to make the best use of our coaching offer.

While you can choose which of our three offerings you’d like to apply for, the 1:1 ILF Preparation Coaching is designed as the final, most tailored step on the Ready for Impact-Linked Finance pathway.

Enterprises interested in coaching are encouraged to start with the ILF Potential Analysis, which helps assess whether coaching is likely to be beneficial and identifies priority areas for development. Based on the results, we may recommend selected ILF Readiness Bootcamp modules and other support opportunities to strengthen your impact measurement and management (IMM) system and financing readiness before moving into coaching.
